On the Track 4 The TRY: Sweat for a Cause 💪

by Leo C.

Fitness. Community. Purpose. That’s what Push EDH is all about. This local fitness group has built a reputation not just for tough workouts, but for the way they bring people together in meaningful ways. Their upcoming fundraiser, On the Track 4 the TRY, is the perfect example, an event that combines sweat, challenge, and heart.

On Saturday, September 13, Oak Ridge High School’s track will transform into a four-lap obstacle:

Lap 1: Burpee Broad Jump
Lap 2: Walking Lunges
Lap 3: Bear Crawls
Lap 4: Run

Participants can take on the challenge solo or team up in a relay, making it a true test of grit and camaraderie. And while the exercises may push your limits, the cause makes every rep worthwhile.

All proceeds from the event support the 5th Annual TRY-athlon for kids with disabilities. A one-of-a-kind race that gives children with physical limitations the opportunity to feel the thrill of competition, the pride of crossing a finish line, and the joy of community cheering them on.

Push EDH is showing how fitness can be more than personal goals, it can be a platform for lifting others up. With every $40 entry (which includes a t-shirt), participants are helping to create unforgettable moments for kids who deserve to experience what it means to be an athlete. 💙
